A kosher ham! Thanks Fairway ... and about 4 lbs, so we won’t be stuffing the small fridge with leftovers we won’t use. Pack the top w/ brown sugar, ginger/orange marmalade, and crushed pineapple, then drizzle with maple syrup, pineapple juice, and spicy brown mustard. And slow cook ... for 3 hours or so.
And serve with potatoes dauphinoise and asparagus ...
Google “Julia Child potatoes dauphinoise” for the recipe, but layer in about half a thinly sliced Spanish onion to make it better. And use gruyere ... there is no substitute.
